- Our clear, high quality reed diffuser base is perfect to use with our concentrated fragrance oils. We suggest using a mixture of approximately 80% base with 20% fragrance oil to create your scented reed diffuser base. This product is VOC compliant and does not contain any chemicals listed on California Proposition 65. Add a touch of color with our liquid candle dye if desired. If adding color, we recommend a very small amount of liquid candle dye, such as dipping the tip of a wooden skewer into the dye and then swirling into the reed diffuser base.
