Despite some complaints about packaging and DVD quality, the overall customer experience and reception of the product, MR. ROBOT, is highly positive. The series has been praised as "digital gold" and given a five-star rating by multiple customers. However, there have been issues with the packaging of the product when purchased from Walmart. Some customers have received their orders in a bubble wrap plastic bag, resulting in torn dvd sleeves and cracked plastic cases. This has led to dissatisfaction and the decision to return the product. In addition to packaging issues, there have been complaints about the quality of the DVDs. One customer mentioned that the last episode of Season 4 was broken, with bad audio and video quality for the last 20 minutes. This issue persisted across different DVD and Blu-ray players. Overall, customers have enjoyed the MR. ROBOT series but have been let down by the packaging and DVD quality issues experienced when purchasing the product.
