This Samsung Flex Alpha laptop is a sleek, lightweight and high-end device. The computer features a fingerprint login but lacks facial recognition. The S-pen does not have a translation app yet, but the Samsung Note and S-pen apps work on the laptop. It folds into a full 360 degrees for tablet use, and there is a USB-C adapter to connect regular-sized USB drives. Overall, customer reception was mixed. Some users were happy with the device's performance, Samsung ecosystem, and display, while others reported issues such as poor palm rejection for note-taking and drawing, low volume, and poor durability. Some other criticisms included the wide bottom edge, poor wrapping upon delivery, and lack of an Arabic keyboard option.
