The case has undergone military drop testing, which implies that your mobile phone will be well-protected in case of falls. A user who tried to charge their Samsung Note 8 wirelessly found that placement of the phone on the charging pad was critical, and if placed perfectly, charging took place normally. However, the user experienced slow charging when the phone was placed slightly off from the ideal spot, and the phone did not charge to 100% when charged this way. Some other users appreciated the case's ability to prevent damage to the screen, as the case's raised corners offer excellent protection. They mentioned dropping their phone repeatedly on the screen side without it getting any scratches or cracks. One user found that the case produced bubbling at the corners when used with Zagg glass screen protectors.
